Louisville, Kentucky

Historic homes.
Modern energy.
Honest work.

Renovation, restoration, and solar installation from a licensed Louisville crew that owns its materials supply — so every quote holds up under an appraiser's eye.

What we do

Four disciplines, one crew.

From a single bath to a whole-house scope with a rooftop array, we run the job end-to-end with one point of contact and documentation that survives underwriting.

Renovation & Repair

Kitchens, baths, drywall, trim, and refinishing. We produce insurance-and-appraisal-grade documentation on every job, so the finished scope is never in question.

Historic Restoration

Louisville's craftsman, shotgun, and Victorian housing stock deserves proper repair — not replacement. Windows, porches, millwork, and siding restored to period-correct standards.

Solar Installation

Roof-mounted and ground-mount PV. We install Topcon (TOPCon N-type) high-efficiency modules — the current industry standard for premium residential PV, with higher efficiency and better degradation performance than legacy PERC panels. Full-stack: design, permit, install, interconnect, and monitoring — every array paired with the right inverter and rapid-shutdown gear.

General Contracting

Whole-house scopes, additions, and light commercial. One crew, one point of contact, one quote — from demolition through final walkthrough.

Solar, done properly

Why Topcon modules matter.

Topcon (TOPCon N-type) cells are the premium standard in residential solar. They run at roughly 22–23% efficiency, carry a lower temperature coefficient — so they lose less output on hot Kentucky afternoons — and deliver better low-light performance than the PERC panels most contractors still install. Their bifacial design and slower degradation curve mean longer, stronger warranties and more energy over the life of the array.

How we work

Built to hold up under scrutiny.

01

Cost-cure pricing that holds up in underwriting

Every line is defensible. When a lender or appraiser looks at the scope, the numbers make sense — no padding to explain away.

02

Materials at cost through our own distribution

We source through our own supply channel, so materials go in at cost — not marked up the way a retail contractor would.

03

Warrantied labor, documented scope, no surprises

The work is warrantied, the scope is written down, and the documentation follows the job from estimate to close.

04

Licensed, insured, Louisville-based crew

A local team you can reach, licensed and insured in the Commonwealth of Kentucky — working across the Louisville metro.

Why Riverside

We own the supply chain, so the math is honest.

Most contractors buy materials at retail and mark them up — often 40% or more — before the job ever starts. Riverside is different: we own our materials distribution through Portlandia Electric Supply, which means materials go into your project at cost, not at a hidden margin.

That matters for more than the bottom line. When you're doing cost-cure work on a closing, every quote has to be defensible against an appraiser or an underwriter. Because our pricing reflects real material cost and documented labor, it stands up to that scrutiny — no scrambling to justify a number when the deal is on the clock. Honest inputs make an honest quote.
